Me, My Husband and our Daughter just moved in a little over a month ago. So far we're enjoying our new place. Very spacious and the Maintenance was very helpful with answering our questions and concerns. The move in was not hard at all especially with the Leasing agents help us with the Process. I'd recommend Huntington Cove to anyone looking for a Nice and Cozy Place to Call Home šā¤ļø
The complexes are very nice and well maintained from my time here. You will see some trash lying around but I guess thatās inevitable anywhere in Chicagoland. People are nice, havenāt noticed any crime. You can take the cost of living as you want to, Merrillville is a prime location for most. This review would be a 5 star if it wasnāt for the damn entrance. I cannot keep driving my car through this water every day. Its very aggravating knowing Iām paying around 1200$ a month and have to drive through a lake twice a day. Nails can fall off splash shields and i have gotten a nail in my tire that was unrepairable from the marshy entrance. Please fix this, itās inexcusable. Driving through water everyday can truly damage your car, which I donāt want to pay for on top of the rent here.

I was a resident from August 2019 through August 2023. In that time I had a handful of maintenance requests that were handled both quick and professionally. The office staff have been great to work with. The grounds were well maintained. The units, while not brand new, were well kept. My immediate neighbors were amazing. I couldn't recommend this location enough.

One entrance under construction and another entrance has been flooded for months and has flooded every year. Iām curious on the liability the apartment complex would be under if say emergency vehicles couldnāt enter the property? This is also affected multiple deliveries for a place that charges 1100+ to live in I would imagine you would ensure your residents be happy but they donāt care as long the checks clear.
